Is your sustainability approach really solid?

Many organizations across public and private sectors are already engaged in climate and sustainability initiatives. However, between reporting requirements, regulatory expectations, and decisions to be made, it can be difficult to determine what truly matters — and where to focus efforts.STN Hub brings an external perspective to help sort through complexity, clarify priorities, and structure a relevant and pragmatic approach that supports decision-making.

Independent strategic advice

It’s not about doing more. It’s about knowing where to focus — and why.

In this context, starting with clarity is often the most useful step. The assessment helps you step back
and identify what really matters.

Strategic assessment

The assessment is the recommended entry point to understand your organization’s key sustainability challenges and identify clear priorities for action.

Here’s how it works:

A self-guided assessment
(30 minutes)

Identify what truly matters in a complex context and avoid focusing on secondary or misaligned topics.

A structured analysis
(written report)

An independent, external perspective to support strategic decision-making, backed by a written report with prioritized actions.

A debrief session
(45 minutes)

Determine whether further support is relevant, in what form, or confirm that no additional action is needed at this stage.

Strategic assessment

“This assessment helps identify priorities and define the next steps.”

The process takes place in three steps: assessment → analysis → feedback session.
