Strategic assessment
The assessment is the recommended entry point to understand your organisation's key sustainability challenges and identify clear priorities for action.
Here's how it works:

A self-guided questionnaire (30 minutes)
Identify what truly matters in a complex context and avoid focusing on secondary or misaligned topics.

A structured analysis (written report)
An independent, external perspective to support strategic decision-making, backed by a written report with prioritised actions.
03
A video debrief session (45 minutes)
Determine whether further support is relevant, and in what form, or confirm that no additional action is needed at this stage.

Personalised written analysis and a debrief with an ISO 14001 auditor, the equivalent of half a day of consulting. Clients outside Switzerland are invoiced in euros.

Depending on the priorities identified during the assessment, different forms of support can be considered, notably preparing for a certification or label (ISO 14001, EcoVadis, SBTi, B Corp, SNBS, DGNB), where relevant.

For organisations with a structured approach, looking for a second opinion.One monthly session (approx. 45 min) to address specific ESG, climate or reporting questions and support prioritisation.
Structured support
For organisations structuring their ESG approach.One monthly session (approx. 60 min), with a realistic roadmap, detailed feedback and a strategic workshop during the engagement.
Strategic partnership
For organisations integrating sustainability as a strategic priority.Two monthly sessions (approx. 60 min each), with strategic steering support and, when needed, participation in an internal meeting.

General Terms and Conditions1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all sustainability, ESG, climate and environmental consulting services offered by STN Hub, unless specific conditions are agreed in writing.2. Nature of the services
STN Hub provides intellectual and strategic consulting services. The services are performed on a best-efforts basis, not as an obligation to achieve a specific result. STN Hub accepts no responsibility for the achievement of specific objectives or for the adoption of the recommendations made.3. Strategic assessment
The Strategic assessment is a one-off service, invoiced at a fixed price. It entails no obligation to continue with further support.4. Support packages
STN Hub offers monthly support packages (Targeted support, Structured support, Strategic partnership) for a contractual term of six (6) months. The details of the services included appear in the offer documents in force at the time of the order. The packages do not constitute a sale of hours or working time.5. Start of the support
Payment for the package constitutes a formal request for support. The package and its invoicing effectively begin when STN Hub receives the onboarding questionnaire duly completed by the client.6. Invoicing and payment terms
Packages are invoiced monthly throughout the contractual term. Unused months give rise to no carry-over or refund. No credit of hours is granted.7. Organisation of the sessions
Sessions are held remotely, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The durations stated in the offer documents are indicative. Sessions are scheduled in advance and cannot be accumulated or carried over.8. Services not included
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are performed remotely. On-site visits, travel, accommodation or other logistical costs are not included and are invoiced separately.9. Client's obligations
The client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information within the required deadlines, and to be available for the agreed sessions.10. Confidentiality
The parties undertake to keep confidential all information exchanged in connection with the services. This obligation continues after the end of the contractual relationship, subject to legal obligations.11. Intellectual property
Deliverables produced by STN Hub remain its intellectual property. The client is granted an internal, non-exclusive right of use.12. Liability
STN Hub's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the package concerned. STN Hub cannot be held liable for indirect damages.13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is that of STN Hub's registered office.
